Step Two

When you are matched, your therapist will contact you to schedule your first appointment. First time appointments are always scheduled for 60 minutes. Once your appointment is scheduled you will receive an email to complete all consent & policy documents electronically.

Step 3

Hi ! Im Gily Roselle and I am so glad you’re here..

Im a CT-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist fluent in Spanish. I built a team of therapists to be able to reach and help more families!

I’ve worked with various age groups—including children, teens, and young adults—and within various and complex issues surrounding depression, anxiety, and trauma. I’ve focused my time and dedication to work more closely with parents, mothers, birthing persons, and couples. In my past work with children, I felt parents were left out of the equation; parents that were struggling in silence and afraid to say how they truly felt. When I became a parent myself, it all made sense.

At Wellness Point Counseling, my team and I work with the various parts that encompass a family system. Their level of expertise, skill set and clinical background, determine which therapist is the right fit for you.
