You've tried it all yet feel like you are still drowning…you are not alone.
Modern day motherhood is harder than ever
It may feel difficult to enjoy every moment when you’re constantly second guessing yourself as a parent- the never ending ‘to do’ list, and feeling like you have nothing else to give at the end of the day. Hear me when I say you are not alone- many of the amazing moms we have worked with have felt just like You.
Being here today does not mean something is wrong with you. It means you are taking action into the life you want- a more anchored and present life.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO MOTHER ALONE.
You are allowed to ask for help. Your challenges don’t define you. You can still be a good mom and need support.
You are here because you want to feel more present with your kids, stop the snapping and yelling, and ultimately to feel better again. It is possible to get to a place where the overwhelm does not consume you, life does not feel so hectic and you can look forward to the next day without dread.
we support mothers who may be feeling….

how do we support your motherhood journey
Therapy centered for moms helps you become the Mother you want to be.
Supporting moms like you means understanding what you want your life to look like and uncovering what is getting in the way of your joy and happiness. Therapy can help you feel heard, understood and empowered.
You can use the support as a safe haven to share your feelings about being a mom, (not just the ‘happy-feel-good feelings’) learn skills to manage overwhelm or learn parenting strategies- the beauty of therapy is that it’s customizable to your unique needs.
We know you’re busy and have your hands full already, but by being here today shows you are ready to do something for yourself- even if that feels a little scary.
here’s the thing:
You show up for everyone else. It’s your turn to show up for you.

Duration of sessions is based on your goals for therapy and what your current challenges are. Some clients feel ready to end therapy after 8-12 sessions and some remain longer because they find the ongoing support helpful. Therapy is catered to you and the number of sessions needed can be discussed in our first appointment together.

When you first start therapy we schedule your appointments on a weekly basis. This helps to get to know you and your challenges with minimal disruption. Depending on progress and your needs we can remain weekly or reduce to bi weekly. Some clients remain a monthly basis because they enjoy knowing they have the support to fall back on every month. The benefit of therapy for moms is that it is very customizable to your needs.
